Environmental engineering
The Holding perform their activities in the environmental protection sector for 25 years, dealing with industrial and communal waste management systems, remediation and recultivation.

This activity consist of:

  • environmental review;
  • environmental impact assessment before remediation, recultivation or building of a waste management facility (depending on the goal of the project);
  • developing methodology of remediation/recultivation or the system of the waste management project;
  • design;
  • permission procedure to obtain permits and accreditations
  • implementation and supervising of remediation/ recultivation projects;
  • monitoring (in case of remediation/recultivation).

Operation of complex industrial waste management systems
Depending on the quality rating in question, the waste trading system routes waste entering the company management system to the waste utilization or disposal process that gives optimal results from the perspective of both environmental protection, and economic factors.

Waste management terminals and services
(hazardous and non-hazardous wastes):

  • waste pre-treatment;
  • biological utilisation;
  • metal recovery from metallic sludge;
  • recycling of oil products, followed by regeneration and oil production;
  • incineration;
  • transport;
  • disposal;
  • collection;
  • sale of recycled products.

Remediation and recultivation

The Holding’s construction companies have a great experience in the implementation of whole environmental protection projects, such as the remediation and recultivation of damaged industrial areas. The purpose of remediation is to reduce pollution to below limit values by eliminating pollution sources and performing technical tasks (e.g. land use planning, water management, facility stabilisation, recultivation, water treatment, backfilling of pure soil, reconstruction).

Then, the remediated area becomes suitable for future utilisation, such as for new plants and factories. In the case of recultivation, a state approximately similar to the original one is restored, with a full range of aftercare services and monitoring system operation on the remediated area provided.

We offer our experience and knowledge for

  • Consultancy with governments and municipalities because of our expertise in completion of major projects supported by the European Union;
  • Preparation of environmental reviews, impact assessments, design for communal waste managing, remediation and recultivation;
  • Implementation and supervisor engineer service of remediation and recultivation works;
  • Updating technologies in utilization of industrial waste.
